Order Status & Support Order status and tracking are not currently available via the website. When placing an order online a confirmation email will be sent after checkout has been completed. A second email containing package tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped from here. Please allow at least 3 business days to receive the tracking email as your order may be delayed due to a backorder or special order items. When inquiring about an order, please include your full name, the order ID and your telephone number (as entered during checkout). A customer service representative will review your order and contact you regarding its status.
Parts Lookup Assistance If you're having trouble locating parts, please refer to our parts lookup guide for information on effectively locating the illustrations for your equipment. The parts lookup system and tutorial can be located at the SEPW Parts Lookup Website. If further assistance is required please email us the brand of power equipment you're working with, the model and serial numbers and a list of the parts needed. We will research your request and contact you with pricing and availability.
Return Goods Authorization All returns must be authorized prior to being shipped back to us. When emailing us, please include your name, order ID, telephone number and the part numbers for the items you need to return. A customer service representative will reply with instructions for returning the items to us.
Dealer Account Inquiry Dealers and repair facilities may be eligible to receive a discount on parts orders when purchasing from SEPW. To inquire about a dealer account, please contact us via email and include your name, business name, address, phone number, and EIN or Tax ID number. We will review your request and contact you for additional information if necessary. Most dealer account requests are processed within 24 hours.
