Order Status

Where is my order? Parts orders ship same day or next day. Your order should arrive to your door within 3-6 working days. All parts orders will ship when they are complete unless otherwise requested. Your order can be split and shipped separately for additional shipping charges.

Return Policies

  • Returns are accepted up to 6 months from the date of purchase
  • NO RESTOCK CHARGE
  • You must call Small Engine Parts Warehouse at 1-800-236-2333 to receive authorization for the return.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for electrical items or engines unless in original sealed package.
  • Items must be new in original packaging and received by us within 30 days of authorization.

ENGINE-POWERED EQUIPMENT
Due to federal shipping regulations, engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the engine-powered equipment has been gassed or oiled, it will have to be taken to an authorized service center for repair.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. C.O.D. service is also available but incurs an additional fee. Please call us at 1-800-236-2333 to place a C.O.D. order.

Dealer Accounts

Businesses may be eligible to receive a dealer discount. To inquire about a dealer account, please contact us via email at admin@sepw.com and include your full business name, address, phone number, and EIN or Tax ID number.

Most dealer account requests are processed within 24 hours.
