Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our shipping carriers have been experiencing occasional delays and there have been some delays receiving parts from manufacturers. We ship out orders as quickly as possible and do our best to communicate any known delays. If you have any concerns regarding when you will receive your part, please give us a call.

All shipments in excess of 150 pounds are shipped via freight truck. This includes but is not limited to large frame snowblowers, tractors, attachments, etc. We offer free shipping on most units to many commercial locations in the continental US. An additional fee is applied to items delivered to a residential address and/or when a lift gate is required to deliver the item. The residential fees cover special trucks required to deliver/unload the product at your residence. There are certain situations due to your location that can further increase shipping costs. If your location is not in the free delivery area we will contact you before shipping to discuss the additional costs.
Orders will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Second Day and Next Day Air services are available but must be noted in the "special instructions" field when you place your order. The additional fees for these services will be automatically billed to your credit card. If you choose an expedited shipping method and a part is not available we will contact you promptly but your order will not be immediately shipped.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. C.O.D. service is also available but incurs an additional fee. Please call us at 1-800-236-2333 to place a C.O.D. order.
- Returns are accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase
- You must call us at 1-800-236-2333 to receive authorization for the return
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for electrical items or engines unless in original sealed package.
- Items must be new in original packaging and received by us within 30 days of authorization.

Due to federal shipping regulations, engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it will have to be taken to an authorized service center for repair.
