Shipping Rates
The posted shipping rates apply to orders shipped to destinations in the lower 48 states and not in excess of 10 pounds. Orders
shipped to locations outside of the continental US and those exceeding 10 pounds are subject to additional shipping costs.
Oversized packages may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

Free Shipping
Free shipping offer applies only to new power equipment shipped to destinations inside the continental US. For parts orders, please
reference the shipping chart posted here.

Freight Shipments
All shipments in excess of 150 pounds are shipped via freight truck. This includes but is not limited to large frame snowblowers,
tractors, attachments, etc. We offer free shipping on most units to many commercial locations in the continental US. An additional
fee is applied to items delivered to a residential address and/or when a lift gate is required to deliver the item. The residential
fees cover special trucks required to deliver/unload the product at your residence. There are certain situations due to your
location that can further increase shipping costs. If your location is not in the free delivery area we will contact you before
shipping to discuss the additional costs.

Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Second Day and Next
Day Air services are available but must be noted in the "special instructions" field when you place your order. The additional fees
for these services will be automatically billed to your credit card. If you choose an expedited shipping method and a part is not
available we will contact you promptly but your order will not be immediately shipped.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. C.O.D. service is also available but incurs an additional fee. Please call
us at 1-800-236-2333 to place a C.O.D. order.

Dealer Accounts
Businesses may be eligible to receive a discount. To inquire about a dealer account, please contact us via email at admin@sepw.com and
include your full business name, address, phone number, and EIN or Tax ID number. Most dealer account requests are processed within 24
hours.

Returns/Exchanges
Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge fee less the shipping/handling charges. No returns or exchanges are accepted for
electrical items or engines. You must call us at 1-800-236-2333 to receive a return authorization number. Items must be new in original
packaging and received by us within 30 days.

Backorders/Special Orders
Most orders ship within 1-2 working days. In the event we do not have a part in stock, we will usually receive it in 1-3 working days.
Your order will ship only when it is complete. Your credit card will be billed at the time the order is placed online since it is
considered a special order. Special orders that are cancelled or returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
