Free Shipping only applies to complete new units.
Lawnmowers, String trimmers, Snowblowers, Etc.
And does not apply to parts orders.
Searchable Shopping Cart
Begin by entering your part number in the search field and choose your manufacturer. Many parts will have their old part numbers appear in your search. Continue looking through all possible matches until the part number and description match what you are looking for. If your part search comes back with “use new part number”, click on the link to be taken to the new part number. Then pick your quantity and hit add to cart. If you have more parts to order just search for each one and continue adding them to your shopping cart. When you have no more parts to shop for click on checkout and enter your shipping and credit card info.
Shipping Rates (For orders under 10 lbs. to the lower 48 states)
Shipping rates are based on the dollar value of your order up to a maximum of 10 lbs. Orders over 10 lbs. will be subject to additional shipping charges. For orders over 10 lbs. we will bill you for the difference in shipping costs.
OVERSIZED ITEMS may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

Freight Shipments
All shipments over 150 lbs. are shipped via freight truck. This includes but not limited to large frame snowblowers, tractors, attachments, etc. We offer
FREE COMMERCIAL shipping on most units to most locations in the US with an additional fee when delivered to a residential address or if delivered to a residential address and you need a lift gate to lower the product. The residential fees cover special trucks to deliver/unload the product in your driveway.
There are certain situations due to your location that can increase shipping costs. If your location is not in the FREE delivery area we will contact you before shipping with the additional costs.
Shipment Method
Orders will be shipped by either US priority mail or Ups ground at our discretion unless otherwise specified. 2nd day and next day air must be noted in the “special instructions” field and will have additional shipping charges automatically billed to your credit card. If the part for a 2nd day or next day air is not in stock we will contact you to alert you that it will not be shipping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Please call us at 1-800-236-2333 to place a C.O.D. order.
Dealer Accounts
Businesses may be eligible to receive a discount. Email us at admin@sepw.com to apply. Please provide us with full business name, address, phone number, and EIN or Tax ID number. We will process most requests within 24 hrs.
International Orders
We do ship internationally. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Contact us at parts@sepw.com for current rates.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge fee less the shipping/handling charges. No returns or exchanges on electrical items or engines. You must call us at 1-800-236-2333 to receive an RGA#. Items must be new in original packages only. All returns must be received by us within 30 days.
